Welcome to Adaptable Legal Counsel!

Hi, I am Amy Kafetz. I am excited to share a bit about myself and my new venture, Adaptable Legal Counsel.

Who I Am:

I qualified as a solicitor in January 2022, having started my legal career at Panasonic as a paralegal and then later trainee solicitor before moving to within the RELX Group, a FTSE 100 group, as a Legal Counsel at RX Global. My roles have allowed me to gain experience in company commercial law, managing complex legal matters and supporting a dynamic team. I live in Berkshire with my husband, daughter and dog and you'll often see me around the area enjoying family time.

What I’m Doing:

I’ve recently embarked on a new journey by setting up Adaptable Legal Counsel. My consultancy is designed to provide flexible, cost-effective, and bespoke legal support specifically tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and medium-sized enterprises (MMEs). Whether you need help with contracts, company documents, governance or compliance, or just need overflow support for your legal team, I am here to offer the assistance you need. My goal is to make legal support accessible and adaptable to your business’s unique needs.

Why I’m Doing This:

The shift in legal sector regulations has opened the door for new consultancy models, and I’m thrilled to be part of this change. The aim is to create flexible and affordable legal solutions for SMEs and MMEs, making the legal market more accessible and supportive of your business goals. On a personal note, I wanted to create a work-life balance that allows me to spend quality time with my young family while continuing to do the work I love.
