Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Assisting with drafting and negotiating supplier and customer agreements, including creating template contracts, and advising on how to reduce/mitigate risks;
Conducting Legal and Compliance Training: Educating client teams on legal and regulatory requirements and assisting clients with promoting compliant business practices/ putting in place compliance policies; and
Advising on Risk Management: Guiding clients on managing legal risks.

*Reserved legal activities include: representing clients in court; conducting litigation; conveyancing work, probate activities; notarial services, administering oaths, immigration work, certain work relating to financial services. Additionally, I am not permitted to hold client money.
